🐾 Weather Update for Our Guests 🐾

With the inclement weather recently as well as expected this weekend and into next week, we wanted to let everyone know that photo updates may be temporarily paused. The safety of our team and our equipment is important, and we want to avoid any potential water damage to our electronics while caring for your pups.

Please rest assured that your dogs will still receive their scheduled exercise whenever it is safe to do so. If we experience lightning, thunder, or torrential downpours, outdoor exercise will be canceled for your pet's safety, and that exercise session will be removed from your boarding bill.

We will resume photo updates as soon as weather conditions safely allow. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and trust as we continue to prioritize the safety and well-being of both our guests and our staff. ❤️🐶

🌡️ **Heat Advisory Notice for Thursday the 18th** 🌡️

For the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care, Hoffman Haus Pet Resort will **not be providing exercise sessions on Thursday the 18th** due to the heat advisory.

Throughout the week, exercise and playtime will be conducted at our discretion based on weather conditions and temperatures. Our top priority is ensuring that every dog remains safe, comfortable, and does not overheat.

Please note that you are only charged for services that are provided. Any exercise sessions that cannot be safely completed will be removed from your bill.

During periods of extreme heat, we want our guests relaxing indoors, enjoying the air conditioning, and staying cool and comfortable.

Thank you for your understanding as we put the health and safety of your pets first!

We wanted to give you a quick heads-up that our grooming appointments are currently booking out months in advance! To make sure your pup gets the dates that work best for you, we highly recommend getting on a pre-booked schedule!

Pre-Booking Schedule helps you :
• Secure your preferred date 📅
• Keep your dog on a consistent grooming routine (preventing matting and quick[blood vessel in the nail] growth) ✂️
• Avoids last-minute availability issues!🐩
