At Apollo Vet, all of our doctors receive ultrasound training because it helps us gather critical information quickly when pets are sick.

Whether we’re investigating vomiting, looking for bladder stones, checking for fluid in the abdomen, evaluating organs, or helping guide important medical decisions, ultrasound allows us to see what physical exams and bloodwork can’t always tell us.

That means:

âś” Less waiting for pet owners
âś” Earlier detection of serious problems

Ultrasound isn’t the answer to every medical question, but it’s one of the most valuable diagnostic tools we have, and we believe every doctor should know how to use it.

This sweet pup was pretty nervous for her scan, so mom and dad stayed right there with her. 🤍

One thing we really value at Apollo Vet is keeping pets and owners together whenever we can. For a lot of dogs, that comfort and familiarity genuinely helps reduce stress during exams and procedures.

It’s a small thing, but it can make a big difference in how they experience the vet.

We’re big believers that good medicine and a calm experience can coexist.
