We went from puppying 24/7 to no puppies and then finally to packing up the “puppy room” until next time. It is surreal, a mix of sadness and joy - sadness because raising puppies and meeting so many wonderful people is now paused and joy because every text/email/photo is a sweet reminder of the beautiful connections that have been made and light that is now being shared. Picture 1: After I’ve removed the puppy poo from the turf it’s hard to tell by looking that they’ve used it (absolutely possible by smelling 🤢), so I thought I’d show you the difference.
Picture 2: On the far right of the tray with pellets you can see a few light gray mostly dry pellets. They are in stark contrast to the rest of the tray which is full of dark gray soppy wet with urine pellets.
Why do we care? Why do we put ourselves through this weird type of torture (seriously sometimes in the morning my eyes feel like they are burning when I go in to clean it up 😫)???
