Spring is on the way, folks! It's a good time to start cleaning hooves regularly to keep the mud season germs at bay, and love your farrier by brushing your ponies before your scheduled appointment, or blanket them, so I don't take your whole horse with me on my clothes when I leave. 🥰

Easy boot gloves up close, post trail ride. We did about an hour in mixed packed and unpacked trails. Hills and a couple stream crossings.

Photo shows left foot boot fit to an untrimmed 8 week foot and the right boot one size smaller fit for a fresh trim. Heading out for a trail ride to demo them. (Yes I do farrier experiments on my 25 yo Arabian. It's how he earns his keep. Lol) Fingers crossed for staying on in mud season.
