🏆 Employee of the Month – Chloe
This month’s Employee of the Month is Chloe!
Chloe has stepped up as a Board and Train trainer in ways that have made me incredibly proud. Over the past several months, she has consistently demonstrated an impressive ability to adapt, overcome challenges, and deliver exceptional results for both her clients and their dogs.
What stands out most about Chloe is her proactive communication. She does an outstanding job keeping clients informed throughout the training process while also maintaining excellent communication with the rest of our training team. Her professionalism, reliability, and willingness to step up whenever needed make her an invaluable member of Hunter Canine Dog Training.
Most recently, Chloe did an incredible job with Charlie, a rehabilitation Board and Train dog. Not only did she help Charlie make tremendous progress behaviorally, but she also played a major role in helping him find an amazing adoptive home during his stay with us. Her dedication helped support both Charlie and the rescue organization working to place him, creating a life-changing outcome for everyone involved.
If you’re considering a Board and Train program with Chloe, I can confidently say that you’re going to be thrilled with your experience. She is an exceptional trainer, an incredible team player, and someone who genuinely cares about the success of every dog and family she works with.
