All active clients have been contacted directly.

I wanted to let everyone know that I will no longer be able to service the Conway, SC area moving forward. I’ve had to make the difficult decision to limit my service range.
I truly appreciate your business and support, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have worked on your horses. I wanted to give everyone as much notice as possible so you have time to make other arrangements.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. The earlier you notify me, the easier it is for me to arrange a new appointment time and potentially fill your original spot with another client.

I maintain an active list of clients who need to reschedule or are waiting to be added to my regular rotation. Appointments are reassigned from this list in the order requests are received and based on the reason for cancellation.

Whenever possible, I schedule your next appointment before leaving your current one. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I strive to be as flexible as possible. There may also be times when I need to reschedule due to illness or family emergencies.

That said, I kindly ask that appointments be treated with the same importance as other commitments such as doctor, dental, or veterinary visits.

Additionally, I schedule clients based on geographic location to maximize efficiency. When traveling to an area, I aim to group multiple appointments together. This helps me manage travel time and maintain consistent pricing.
