Please note that I will return your call within 24-48 hours. To facilitate efficient communication, please leave a message. Please be aware that multiple calls or hateful messages will not expedite the return call process. With a large client base (approximately 700 pets) and a single staff member to manage calls and scheduling, your understanding is greatly appreciated. For the safety and well-being of the pets in my care, I typically do not answer calls during working hours due to background noise. To minimize wait times, I offer pre-booking options at pick-up. Please note that my schedule is usually booked 3-6 weeks in advance. Calls received on Fridays may not be returned until Monday evening, as I also require personal time outside of work hours.

NO SHOWS
To maintain a fair and respectful scheduling process, I have implemented a new policy. Failure to provide notice of cancellation will result in a prepaid, non-refundable $25 no-show fee and full payment of expected services to rebook. A second no-show will result in our inability to provide future grooming services for your pets.

Hope everyone had a great holiday season! I want to thank everyone who's supported my business through the past years! There will be some changes this year though in order for me to continue and grow, I've lead my business with my heart and now I have to lead with my business mind! The cost of business is rising just like everything else so I will be doing a price increase averages out to about $3-$5 per pet! Also moving forward I have to stand firm on my no show policy $25 per pet for any appointments not canceled prior to appointment time after 2 no shows I'm not going to be able to continue grooming your pets. Good news is i will be offering limited afternoon appointments at 2 and 3 pm to help better accommodate those who have asked for later times! Thanks again for understanding and I hope to see you all soon!

The amount of no shows is out of control once again!! My system sends 3 reminders for appointments, please cancel if you can not make scheduled appointment! No-shows not only affect the business but also my staff in their ability to hit bonus goals and also results in cut hours! As of today OCT 1st there will be no more passes on No-shows $25 per dog for 1st offense and must be paid prior to booking next appointment! 2nd time we will no longer be able to service your pets! I'm sorry it's got to this point but we have lost almost 8k in expected revenue due to no- shows appointments this year so far! To cancel you have many options available click the need to cancel link in reminder text,text shop number,call shop number and leave voice mail or Facebook messenger!
****Any No shows between now and December will not be rescheduled until after the first of the year as this is our busy holiday time often with a waiting list I can't fill when appointments are not canceled!!!

Thank you to the pups I had to cancel yesterday for being understanding and all the love you guys sent my way!! One of the hardest days of my life helping my old pup cross the rainbow bridge! I will be contacting you all in the next couple days to get you back on the schedule as soon as possible! Those that have have left voicemails and text I will get to you as soon as I can as well please be patient with me!

This sweet guy will be up for adoption soon at the Huron County Dog Warden we had the pleasure of cleaning him up a bit! He is a super sweet boy,shy, crate trained and very quiet would be an excellent lap dog for an adult home!
