Hope everyone had a great holiday season! I want to thank everyone who's supported my business through the past years! There will be some changes this year though in order for me to continue and grow, I've lead my business with my heart and now I have to lead with my business mind! The cost of business is rising just like everything else so I will be doing a price increase averages out to about $3-$5 per pet! Also moving forward I have to stand firm on my no show policy $25 per pet for any appointments not canceled prior to appointment time after 2 no shows I'm not going to be able to continue grooming your pets. Good news is i will be offering limited afternoon appointments at 2 and 3 pm to help better accommodate those who have asked for later times! Thanks again for understanding and I hope to see you all soon!

I have several available appointments remaining this week and next for those who haven't yet scheduled holiday arrangements. Additionally, December slots are filling rapidly for individuals seeking Christmas appointments.

The amount of no shows is out of control once again!! My system sends 3 reminders for appointments, please cancel if you can not make scheduled appointment! No-shows not only affect the business but also my staff in their ability to hit bonus goals and also results in cut hours! As of today OCT 1st there will be no more passes on No-shows $25 per dog for 1st offense and must be paid prior to booking next appointment! 2nd time we will no longer be able to service your pets! I'm sorry it's got to this point but we have lost almost 8k in expected revenue due to no- shows appointments this year so far! To cancel you have many options available click the need to cancel link in reminder text,text shop number,call shop number and leave voice mail or Facebook messenger!
****Any No shows between now and December will not be rescheduled until after the first of the year as this is our busy holiday time often with a waiting list I can't fill when appointments are not canceled!!!

Thank you to the pups I had to cancel yesterday for being understanding and all the love you guys sent my way!! One of the hardest days of my life helping my old pup cross the rainbow bridge! I will be contacting you all in the next couple days to get you back on the schedule as soon as possible! Those that have have left voicemails and text I will get to you as soon as I can as well please be patient with me!

This sweet guy will be up for adoption soon at the Huron County Dog Warden we had the pleasure of cleaning him up a bit! He is a super sweet boy,shy, crate trained and very quiet would be an excellent lap dog for an adult home!

PLEASE call 24 hours in advance to cancel if needed subject to $25 cancellation fee ( I do understand life happens)

NO SHOW FEE
If appointment is not cancelled (via phone, text or Facebook messenger OR reminder system ) and you no show for appointment you will be charged 50% of MISSED scheduled service before scheduling another appointment. SECOND offense I will no longer book your pet for services NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

BEHAVIOR
If your pet has a health issue or behavior (biting, cage aggression, very timid, Doesn't like other dogs, barker, ect. ) let me know WHEN scheduling so I can best schedule around these things for your pet and my staffs safety!

EXPRESS APPOINTMENTS
If you want to wait for your dog to be done straight through with no crate or rest time (if possible for your pet) as some pets need more time and breaks to be safely done! I need to know at booking average time of normal appointment are (per dog) 1:30-2hours small/med dogs and 3-4+ for large and extra large dogs!
EXPRESS time typically 1hour small,1:30hour med and 2-230hour large+ dogs. the fee for
this service is $15 small under 20lbs $25 20-45lbs $35 over 45lbs

PICK UP TIME
Time given for pick up is an estimated time. I try my best to stay on time but at the end of the day I am working on live animals who sometimes have their own time lines. please wait for my call or text before you return to pick up! IF you do show up before my call/text PLEASE do not come in if you see your dog on the grooming table as they get very excited and can make it next to impossible to finish safely once they see owner!

MATTED PETS
Dog requiring being shaved before bath due to excessive matting will be charged a matted pet fee as unwashed hair is extremely hard on my equipment and takes more time and skill to get the matting off safely $10 under 20lbs $20 20lbs-40LBS, $30 over 40LBS
