Meet Lucy aka new name/new life Panda

A 11 week old female puppy tied and left at a rest stop garbage can. Thankfully, the universe works in mysterious ways, and our amazing dog transporter Lou DeLano stopped for a puppy p*e break and discovered her. She was tied with only a note written on an older receipt tucked in her collar and a stuffed monkey.
I understand that sometimes taking care of a puppy or a dog can be overwhelming and you can feel like there’s nothing you can do. But there is always a better option than dumping a dog. Reach out for help from a trainer, a vet, a rescue, even the dog community can come together and help dogs get rehomed, but this… this should never be an option.
Panda 💜🐕 is now in safe care with her foster mom. She is 11 weeks old from her note. She will be visiting a vet soon and will be up for adoption. If anyone is interested please reach out .
