Oakie's Acres A little slice of heaven! Oakie's Acres is a small private farm in Wilbraham MA that was built from dreams, passion and lots of hard work.

For the past 10+ years we have built our dream farm while offering boarding services for local horses. Though we will continue to be a loving home to many horses, our focus is moving away from boarding. We are now transitioning into creating a space where humans, animals and nature can all connect in deeper more meaningful ways. Inspired by the beauty of the farm along with the calming and groundi

ng nature of our animals, Jess Noonan has woven her years of training and practice as an educator with the deeply rich principles of yoga together to create a space where others can Explore, Connect, Discover and Grow. Our interactive farm will offer a variety of activities that will be opened up to our communities. We are a work in progress and will continually be assessing the needs of our animals along with the needs of our communities to provide fun and meaningful opportunites for interactions. Yesterday we welcomed 86 students from the Springfield Renaissance School for experiential learning!!

The farm was our classroom, the trees were our teachers and the animals were our welcoming team. 🍁🐴🐐😅🐖

Thank you for your continued partnership to Mr. Winston and the administration at the Springfield Renaissance School and for giving your students learning opportunities outside of the classroom walls.

CHANGE is happening all around us! 🍁

A new month and season bring the careful coordination of back to school schedules, different farm responsibilities, and new programs for YOU ALL!

Here at the farm, our family's needs come before all else, so we will take this week off to work through school and sports committments with the kiddos and we will begin next week with a new schedule that will be fluid and flexible around these committments. Each week, we will post the offerings for the week on Sunday evening, which will also allow us to offer different programs on different days each week and hopefully allow a bit more flexibility for you to be able to join in on an event that you might typically miss due to your set schedule. We are excited to see how this works!

ALSO, Time on the Farm for Toddlers dates will be released by the end of the week and registration will open! Stay tuned!
