Up for rent two seperate bedrooms. With shared living room, dining room, kitchen, and shared bathroom. Has washer and dryer, fridge, stove. And possibly a few furniture pieces. Very quiet surroundings 15 minutes from k-state country setting. Lots of horses to keep your animal thearpy taken care of. Most of the utilities ie: water, trash,electricity will be paid to a certain dollar if not abused with crazy high bills. Yard work and maintenance is taken care of by owner. Propane will be the renters liability to share the price. It is on gravel for a few miles to the hwy. But it is very quiet and calm with lots of wildlife to see and horses to pet. Require a deposit.
