✔️ Supervise pets around grills & food tables
✔️ Keep trash bins sealed—greasy foil and bones are dangerous
✔️ Provide plenty of water and shade

As tempting as it is to give your pet a taste off your plate this weekend, some BBQ favorites can be dangerous:

It’s Take Your Child to Work Day, and we had a blast welcoming the next generation of animal lovers 🥰 to the hospital! From learning how we care for our patients to seeing the behind-the-scenes magic 🪄of veterinary medicine, these future vets, techs, and animal advocates got a special peek into what we do every day!

We loved seeing their eyes light up during patient rounds, their thoughtful questions in treatment, and yes—plenty of giggles during puppy cuddles and cat naps. 🐶💕🐱

Thank you to our incredible team for sharing your knowledge and passion, and to our little visitors for reminding us why we love what we do!

Career Day Visit! 🐾👩🏻‍⚕️🩺
Dr. Jablecki and our Hospital Manager, Catherine, had a great time visiting Michaela’s (Catherine’s daughter) school for Career Day! They loved sharing what it’s like to work in veterinary medicine and answering all the curious questions from the students.

From the tools we use to care for pets to the different roles in our hospital, it was a fun and inspiring way to show the next generation what it means to help animals every day. 💙
