Meet Marley!
Loyal, Loving, Tomato Thief
Every day with Marley feels like Christmas morning, at least according to her previous family, and we’re inclined to agree. This sweetheart is affectionate, loyal, and full of personality. She’s housebroken, crate trained, and knows a whole repertoire of commands (sit, down, stay, shake, play dead, roll over, high five, you name it). She walks beautifully on leash and is eager to please, especially if treats are involved.
Marley can be shy at first, especially around new people and loud noises, and she tends to warm up faster to women than men. The key? Go slow, toss a few treats, and let her come to you. Once she knows you, she’s incredibly friendly and loves attention. She’s good with other dogs and cats, but not a fit for homes with small children.
Her favorite toys are balls and sticks, and she’s got a mischievous streak, This garden thief has been known to swipe tomatoes and corn when no one’s looking. She’s a gentle soul with a playful heart, and she’s ready to find a home that understands her pace, celebrates her quirks, and gives her the love she’s so ready to return.

Size - Large (89lbs)
Likes - Being with her person, playing fetch, treats of any kind, cuddles and butt scratches and stealing your garden goods.
House Training - Marley is fully house trained
Other dogs - Marley did wonderful meeting other dogs here at the shelter although I do see a slight preference for dogs that are respectful of her space.
