For those who have followed our journey, you know that last year we started Tender Tails, a pet tribute and memorial program.
However, as we continued serving pets and their families through Wags Bakery & Grooming, we began to see a different need in our community. One we think desperately needs attention. We met pet owners who deeply loved their pets but were facing financial challenges that made professional grooming difficult to afford.
The more we listened, the more we realized we could make a greater impact by helping pets who need care today.
So Tender Tails has evolved.
Today, Tender Tails is a community assistance program dedicated to helping pets receive the grooming care they need when their families are experiencing financial hardship.
Our goal is simple: help pets stay comfortable, healthy, clean, and cared for while supporting the people who love them.
❤️ Applications for assistance will open August 1, 2026.
❤️ Donations are being accepted now and will help fund grooming services for pets in need right here in our community.
This is just the beginning, and we're excited to see how many pets we can help together.
