We have a few adorable/rideable/loveable ponies (not really ponies) that owners are offering up for leases at our farm if anyone is interested or looking 😍
Per the owner:
Alice (white arabian) We are looking for someone to partial lease Miss Alice. Alice is a 17 year old Quater Horse/Arabian mare. She is a retired 4-H drill team horse. She loves to now take it easy and enjoys trails and light riding in the arena. Alice is super intelligent and is such a sweetheart. She is well behaved and eager to please.
For a partial lease we are looking for someone with horse experience. Someone who would be willing to come to Shawsay Farm in Indiana as this is Alice's forever home. This person would be able to ride Alice during week or weekends. I would just want someone who knows I will also want to continue to ride Miss Alice. She is my heart horse and will forever be, but with getting older I'm looking for someone who will help me give her the attention she deserves. Tack would be provided. Saddle, saddle pad, bridal, halter, grooming supplies included. The only thing not provided would be a helmet (If any of our tack would end up damaged or broken from improper usage this would result in the leaser covering the cost for a new item or to have items fixed). She does use a break-away halter so if this snapped I am happy to re-attach the break-away piece. Ideally a leaser interested woupd be able to help financially take care of Miss Alice. We are asking $400 for the whole month. You would be able to come and ride almost any day. The only time you would be unable to ride is if she's already been ridden for the day. I ride almost every Monday and some Sundays so any other day you would be able to come ride.
Alice is already on full care so her stall cleaning/feeding and watering needs are met… she just needs a rider and some love.
