🐾 Meet Your Groomer: Kelsey Duff! 🐾

From an early age, Kelsey’s love for animals has been at the heart of everything she does. She shares her life with her Shetland Sheepdog, Pippin, and two Arabian horses, Alex and Wali. Her journey began in the show ring. First with horses and later in 4-H, where she competed in dog agility, obedience, and showmanship. It was there she discovered her passion for grooming while preparing Pippin for shows and she’s been hooked ever since!

In 2017, Kelsey graduated from Nash Academy of Animal Arts, a globally recognized leader in professional pet grooming education. She also earned her AKC S.A.F.E. Groomer certification and MoeGo COVID-19 Certification, further demonstrating her commitment to safety and excellence in pet care.

Kelsey founded Once Upon A Pooch Grooming to offer a one-on-one, all-inclusive grooming experience focused on comfort, quality, and care. Every appointment is customized to meet the unique needs of you and your pet ensuring a calm, personalized grooming experience from start to finish.
