We are excited to announce that Dr. Peevy will be joining our veterinary team on June 15th!

Dr. Peevy grew up on a farm in Georgia, where she developed a lifelong passion for animal care while raising dairy goats and cattle along with showing Quarter Horses throughout high school. She later moved to Virginia and earned her degree in Animal and Poultry Sciences from Virginia Tech.

In 2025, Dr. Peevy graduated from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, where she focused her studies on Food Animal Medicine. Her professional interests include small ruminant herd health and small animal internal medicine.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Peevy enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her pets, family, and friends.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Peevy to our team and look forward to the knowledge, compassion, and dedication she will bring to our patients and clients.

Please join us in giving her a warm welcome when she officially joins our practive on June 15th!
