Memory's Hill Stables Memory's Hill Stables is a full service boarding, training, lesson and sales barn specializing in hunters and equitation.

Our goal is to provide our clients with individualized, top quality, professional service. Superior horsemanship is at the forefront of our operations, as our primary goal is to cater to the horse’s needs and comfort. With a patient approach to training, we aspire to turn out quality horses and riders, whether it is for pleasure or competition. The farm is equiped with a 31 stalls in two barns, 10

board fenced fields, run in sheds, two rings equipped with fiber footing and lights and a course of show quality hunter and jumper jumps as well as a and round pen. The barn is equiped with 3 foaling stalls, two hot/cold wash stall, laundry room, feed room, boarder tack room with private locker space, office/trainer's tack room, bathroom, kitchen and feed room. We are looking to add an additional full time position to our team!

Assistant Manager

Busy hunter jumper facility located Waynesboro, Virginia. 5-6 days a week. 8 am to 5 pm. This is a stay at home position. Salary and possibility of housing for the right candidate.

* Knowledgeable horseman - ability to wrap, medicate, handle young horses
* Must be able to turn out show horses - body clip, mane pull and trim
* Team player - Must be able to manage and oversee group of employees with good communication skills
* Attention to detail a must
* Organization skills required
* Responsible for overseeing the daily routine of show horses as well as farm maintenance
* Grooming and tacking required
* Ability to operate light equipment - drag ring and drive a trailer
* Ability to do some exercise riding is a bonus - not a requirement

If you manage your staff well, this is a light duty position - no stall cleaning or heavy labor required.
