🐾 Welcome Our Newest CVT, Carissa! 🐾

Carissa brings 4 years of veterinary experience to our team and achieved an exciting milestone in January 2026 when she officially earned her CVT license! Becoming a veterinary technician has always been her dream, and she truly loves her career more than words can express.

Her professional interests include urgent care medicine and surgical procedures, and she has a special soft spot for her feline patients. 🐱❤️

When she's not caring for pets, Carissa enjoys spending time with her own furry family, which includes one dog and two cats that she shares with her significant other. She also loves working out, hiking, and being around all kinds of animals.

✨ Fun Fact: Carissa is the middle child in a family of five siblings!

Some moments remind us just how important the bond between pets and their people truly is. ❤️🐾

This sweet family dropped their girl off with us in the morning so she could get the treatment she needed… then went and got married. 💍✨

Later that day, they came back as newlyweds to pick her up — still dressed in their wedding attire and ready to bring their best friend home.
