Growing 14 to 17 inches long, they feature a long tail, a red beak, and an average lifespan of 20 to 30 years. They are famous for their intelligence, vibrant color mutations, and unique talking voices.Physical Traits and ColorsSize: Measures 14–17 inches from head to tail tip (the tail makes up about half).Weight: Typically weighs 115–140 grams.Sexual Dimorphism: Mature males (usually after 18 months to 3 years) develop a distinct black and pink/rose neck ring. When August heat hits, your cat is going to find the fan and claim it as their own and there is nothing you can do about it. Keeping your indoor pets cool this time of year really does matter though!

Fresh water, good airflow, and avoiding the hottest parts of the day can make a big difference for their comfort and health. 🧡
