💙 IT’S OFFICIAL! 💙

We got the call today, and Maverick has officially moved into his forever home!

As you can see, he is already surrounded by lots of love with his new human family and Husky sister.

From surviving on the streets of Stockton to over a year with us, we couldn’t be happier that his rescue story is ending with this amazing family!

Live your best life, buddy! We will absolutely miss you!

Ember (the black and white smooth coated Border Collie) had a great day with her foster sisters (the chocolate labs who are not available for adoption)!

Ember IS available for adoption and is having so much fun in her foster home! Her foster Mom says she would be great in a dog sport house or a home with an active person or family who likes to have outdoor adventures. We were just informed by her foster Mom that her dock diving practice pool is going up soon, so we’ll know if Ember likes to swim as well!

Ember is cat friendly, but she will herd them. Herders gotta herd, even if it’s not sheep or cattle. She is potty trained, crate trained, and fully vetted.

🎉 Maverick has left us for a few days 🎉

Our handsome boy Mav is testing the waters in a home with a potential adoptive family and their resident Husky, Bella.

The meet and greet went really well and we are hoping they have some fun play sessions over the next several days.

Have fun, Mav! We look forward to lots of positive updates and the phone call saying you have found your forever home!

We are extremely excited to be attending the Mazzeltov Farms Soap Co. 3rd Birthday Bash! We will have some of our available dogs at the event for you to meet, and Mazzeltov Farms Soap has a fun day planned with vendors and activities for everyone.

Bone a Fide Dog Training is our go-to for workshops and board and train. Their trainers use positive reinforcement to help your dog become the best versions of themselves. Handlers are actually taught how to work with their dogs and are given simple things to do at home to continue the work started in class. Check them out and tell them Angels Without Wings sent you!

Looking for a well-mannered dog you can take anywhere? Our Basic Obedience Class is the perfect place to start.

Starting March 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM

Cost: $150

In this class we focus on the foundation skills every dog needs to succeed at home and in public. Using positive reinforcement, you and your dog will learn:

• Sit, down, and stay
• Loose leash walking (no more pulling)
• Polite greetings (goodbye jumping)
• Focus and engagement with their handler
• Real-life manners you can use every day

This class is great for dogs who are new to training or need a refresher on the basics.

Spots are limited to keep the class small and supportive for every team.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out last night to support our rescue and help us continue saving displaced dogs in our area.

🦀 🥩IT’S SURF & TURF DAY 🥩 🦀

The venue is ready and we are very much looking forward to seeing everyone for the Angels Without Wings fundraiser this afternoon!

We will have TEN of our wonderful dogs here for a meet and greet from 4:45-5:45pm, and dinner will be served at 6pm.

Raffle and drink tickets can be purchased using cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay with no service charge. We can also take Venmo, PayPal or tap pay with a 2.9% service charge.

‼️This event is sold out! Tickets were pre-sold and will not be available at the door‼️
