❤️ WE WANT EVERYONE TO UNDERSTAND SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT THE ALASKA CAT CAFÉ!
The Alaska Cat Café is truly a LABOR OF LOVE!
We are a small, locally owned business with a BIG mission. We pay our wonderful employees, cover our building overhead, purchase our food and products, and take care of the everyday expenses of running a café.
Then, we donate 100% of our profits to support the nonprofit rescue mission of The Cat Cottage! ❤️
🐾 So what does The Cat Cottage do?
The Cat Cottage is the nonprofit side of our mission. It provides the veterinary care, vaccinations, food, litter, toys, supplies, and everything else these precious cats and kittens need while waiting for their forever families.
The Cat Cottage fosters and cares for cats and kittens from all kinds of circumstances, including:
🐱 Strays and abandoned cats
🐱 Cats and kittens needing rescue
🐱 Mat-Su Borough rescues and owner surrenders
🐱 Cats and kittens from other wonderful rescue organizations, including Clear Creek Cat Rescue
These animals don't come to us with a paycheck or a promise that someone will cover their expenses. They come to us needing LOVE, CARE, FOOD, SHELTER, and sometimes expensive medical attention. And we do everything we can to provide it! ❤️
☕ HERE'S WHERE YOU COME IN!
The Alaska Cat Café depends on YOUR visits, YOUR purchases, and YOUR generous donations to The Cat Cottage to keep this mission going!
Every cup of coffee, every Italian soda, every snack, every visit to our cat lounge, and every donation helps us continue doing what we love.
You don't have to adopt a cat to make a difference in a cat's life! 🐾
Come have a coffee. Bring your friends. Spend some time loving on our rescue kitties. Buy a treat. Make a donation if you can. Share our posts with someone who loves cats!
We aren't a big corporation. We're a small business and nonprofit rescue working together, with a whole lot of heart, trying to make a difference for animals right here in our Alaskan community.
❤️ PLEASE HELP US KEEP THIS MISSION ALIVE! ❤️
Visit The Alaska Cat Café, meet our amazing cats and kittens, and help us continue providing a safe, loving place for the animals who need us most.
🐱 THE ALASKA CAT CAFÉ & THE CAT COTTAGE
Two organizations. One mission. Countless little lives worth saving. ❤️🐾
Thank you for supporting local business, local rescue, and the little paws that depend on us!
