I don't post much about client dogs on here but meet Jelly, the duck dog in training! 🦆 From day one, his progress has been amazing. He's a natural in the water and lives for birds! Jelly thrives on praise and is quickly understanding the importance of obedience and staying steady, even with distractions. Stay tuned for more updates on this hardworking pup! 🐾

I know I don't post on this thing a whole lot and we've been busy running test since early spring in multiple states running AKC and HRC. I've been fortunate enough to train some very good dogs but extremely happy that my "meat dog" finally was able to pass a master after having 2 rough goes at it. I don't claim and never will claim to know everything about building retrievers. I've been fortunate enough to place my hand over several amazing dogs this year but this one meant a little more. He may never join me at master national in the trailer but we're gonna make an extreme effort for my best buddy to make it in the next couple years.

I'm still taking dogs and would love to have your dog here and give you the duck dog you've always dreamed of or a hunt test machine. We can do both we love it and enjoy it. Took a trip up to the Central Michigan HRC and went 3/5 Saturday and 5/5 Sunday. River worked on more points towards his HRCH and we look forward to watching everyone progress as we chase some titles. Ember, Dreka, and Cache all ran a perfect weekend. Cache and Luke are both out of Royal Valley Kennels and once again help show that what they are doing is nothing but a good thing!
