2019 Bay Thoroughbred Mare | ~16.1hh | Sired by Tonalist

"Bobby" is a statuesque and elegant bay mare with an outstanding pedigree and a promising future beyond the track. Sired by Tonalist, she had a successful career with nearly $140,000 in earnings and is now ready for a new chapter as a sport horse.
After her retirement, Bobby enjoyed a well-earned break in the pasture. Just as we began restarting her under saddle, she developed a hoof abscess that delayed her progress. The abscess is now resolved, but we’re keeping her barefoot as we continue to monitor the site and let her strengthen naturally. She is sound and moving beautifully.
Bobby is in the very beginning stages of her retraining, having completed only a few rides, but is already showing classic hunter movement. Her trot is long, sweeping, and low. She’s still learning to lengthen her topline at the canter, but she’s smart, willing, and already showing signs of progress. After a short arena ride, she confidently hacked around the property.
Bobby is best suited to a confident rider familiar with OTTB retraining who can continue to guide her as she builds strength and experience. With continued exposure and consistent work, we expect this classy mare to develop into a polished and competitive partner.

🐴Goldenini🐴 – 2019 TB Gelding with Jumping Potential
Goldenini is a 2019 Thoroughbred gelding standing 15.3–16h with natural talent and a logical future in a sport horse career. Recently brought in from pasture, he's green but shows the kind of athleticism and heart that make him a rewarding prospect for someone willing to invest in his training.
What He’s Like to Ride:
Collected and well-balanced, Goldenini is already starting to piece together the new job. He’s forward-thinking but not hot, and he tries hard to understand what’s being asked. At the canter, he’ll offer lead changes while sorting through the aids, more eagerness than evasion. His evasive tendency is to stick his nose in the air and hollow out. His second ride, in a German martingale, introduced him to engage his poll and accept the contact. His gates are still a bit choppy, but he has had just had two training rides.
Natural Jumper:
In the free-jump session, Goldenini hesitated only briefly before figuring out the chute. He approached fences with a steady rhythm, no rushing, no stopping, and revealed a natural feel for jumping. He’s physically built for it and mentally game.
Temperament & Handling:
In the arena, he’s sensible. He’ll look at new things once, then move on without drama. He stands (mostly) still for grooming; he can wiggle a bit, but nothing dramatic. With continued handling, we expect this to settle further.
Best Fit:
Goldenini is suited for a confident amateur working with a trainer or an experienced rider looking for a lightly restarted TB..
Hoof Disclosure – Please Read:
Goldenini has a cracked hoof wall on one front foot. It does not affect his current soundness. He is barefoot and sound for arena work. That said, shoes will be necessary as his workload increases, especially if you plan to jump or ride on uneven footing. His project pricing reflects this maintenance consideration. This is a manageable issue for someone experienced with Thoroughbreds and hoof rehab.

2013 | 15.3hh | Thoroughbred Mare

"Lala" has been living her best life out in the pasture for the last few years after retiring from our breeding program, and it shows in her easygoing, unflappable demeanor. Back at work as of this week, Lala picked up right where she left off: calm, confident, and kind.

We started her on the lunge line, where she listened attentively to upward and downward transitions without drama. Under saddle, she’s more relaxed on a long rein and moves with a ground-covering, steady stride. Lala is a “set your speed and forget it” ride. She understands neck rein cues.
She’s sound barefoot, and settling back into light work with a great attitude. Lala walks, trots, and canters easily in both directions and shows no tension even after time off.
She’s not concerned by whirling box fans, kids playing outside the arena, or other distractions, and she happily serves as the go-to mount for visitors wanting to sit on a horse.

Turnout-wise, she lives peacefully in a mixed herd and shows good manners on the ground. She walked calmly away from her group, and when we brought her back, she neighed politely to her friends on the way back, not pulling or fussing on the lead. She stands quietly for grooming and has good barn manners.
One note: Lala does crib, but she is not currently wearing a collar.
If you’re looking for a safe, sweet partner to bring back into a consistent program or just enjoy as she is, Lala could be your girl.
