Mandatory Stay at Home Order
We have a small dog and cat supply business with grooming services being our main product. Unfortunately we are not an essential business according to CISA Guidance of the essential critical infrastructure workforce recommendations. We hope to be grooming by May 1st 2020. I believe we can safely perform grooming duties and care for your pets as soon as we can go back to grooming.
I have created a drive up and drop off circle with a driveway sensor that rings when a person pulls up. You can also call when you pull up 330-856-7220 or beep your horn. We were already disinfecting touch areas between every client and limiting people in the lobby before closing. But with the possible spread of the virus being in aerosol droplet I want to keep everyone safe. I can go outside to get the pet with protective gear on. I will ask our pet owners to remain in their car for their safety. I would ask the owner to return home until I call for pick up. I plan to put the pet directly in the tub, disinfect their leash and collars. I will have them pay by card over the phone. Doing so will allow us to limit any interactions and help us do our part to limit the spread of COVID-19 while still providing care for pets.
