We are so proud of our Managing DVM, Dr. Jamie Willoughby, for being recognized as one of Sun Newspapers' 2026 40 Fabulous Females! 🎉

Last Thursday, Dr. Willoughby joined an incredible group of South Jersey trailblazers at the Camden County Boathouse to celebrate Women's History Month — and we couldn't think of anyone more deserving of this honor.

Dr. Willoughby's dedication, leadership, and compassion inspire our entire team every day. Congratulations, Dr. Willoughby, we are so lucky to have you! 🐾🧡

Okay, we'll admit it — we're still buzzing from Midwest Veterinary Conference. ⚡

Getting face time with veterinarians and their teams is what it's all about for us. The conversations were real, the energy in the room was incredible, and our team left genuinely fired up about the work ahead.

There's nothing like a room full of people who love this industry as much as we do.

To everyone who stopped to chat with us — you reminded us exactly why we do this. 🧡 What we heard reinforced why we do this work and how important it is to continue showing up as a trusted partner to local practices.

His sessions include:

• Diagnosing and Managing Bacterial Pneumonia in Dogs
• Acute Diarrhea Diagnosis and Treatment
• Management of Parvovirus in Dogs

Dr. Anastasio brings extensive critical care expertise with a focus on practical application in real-world clinical settings. We’re proud to see Dr. Anastasio sharing his knowledge and helping advance emergency and urgent care medicine across our profession.

It’s always hard when your pup gets hurt — especially after something as scary as a dog fight. 🧡

This sweet patient, Bella, came to see us for bite wounds that needed to be clipped, carefully cleaned, and treated for pain. Our team, and Dr. Willoughby, made sure she was as comfortable as possible every step of the way.

At Bella's recheck visit, we focused on gentle wound care (and yes… plenty of treats). By the time she left, she had clearly decided she was a part of our team now.

We’re so grateful we could help this brave pup heal and help give her family peace of mind along the way. 🧡

Around here, we make it a point to gather as a team every month — to celebrate accomplishments, enjoy each other, and just have fun together. This month’s hot cocoa party (thanks to Doctor Willoughby!) was a sweet reminder that the best teams are built on connection.

Meet Jesse, who came to see us at our Beavercreek, OH location with some tummy troubles. After thorough diagnostics and treatment to get to the bottom of her vomiting and diarrhea, she was on the mend—and clearly enjoying some well-deserved TLC from our RVT Shannon. These quiet moments of comfort are just as important as the medical care we provide.

There's nothing quite like seeing a patient relax and knowing they're feeling better. This is why we do what we do. 🐾

Meet Dr. Meghan Barnes! 🧡

Originally from Chester County, Dr. Barnes recently made her way back to the greater Philadelphia area after a sunny stretch in Arizona. There, she fell in love with rural medicine and gained hands-on experience across general practice, preventative and surgical care, and even emergency services.

She’s excited to return to her roots in the Northeast, be closer to family (fun fact: she’s a triplet!), and cheer on all things Philly sports. When she’s not caring for pets, you’ll find her exploring her new city, hiking, snapping travel photos, or hanging with her four-legged crew: Bucky the dog, and Charlie, Colby, and Elsa the cats.

Help us welcome Dr. Barnes to our Voorhees community — we’re thrilled to have her caring for your pets!
