Boxer Rescue is a nonprofit organization founded in 2005. Boxers and Buddies provides a safe, humane sanctuary for abandoned Boxers and other breeds who are waiting to be adopted. B&B is funded solely by private donation. Our entire organization is run by a dedicated team of volunteers. Our group works for the love of the breed and to see dogs find homes. Our available dogs come from local shelter

s, from the streets or from owners who turn them in. We are always filled to capacity with scared, confused and very stressed out dogs. They are with us because B&B is their last hope of finding a new life. We are their temporary haven until they are adopted into a loving permanent home. Before they can be adopted, each dog is evaluated for temperament, must be sterilized, microchipped and their shots are updated. B&B has a training program for those dogs who need rehabilitation or have behaviors which need to be modified. B&B stands apart from other rescues by rescuing any Boxer, regardless of age or health. We feel that they are all worthy of a real chance at life. This policy means that we are subject to frequent and expensive veterinarian costs. Medical expenses are only one of the major cost B&B has to pay each year. The cost are endless: food, mortgage, utilities, insurance, shelter fee, and the costs go on and on. Saving lives is not cheap but someone has to do it! It takes over $250,000 each year to keep B&B open. We are constantly seeking funds and support. We need your help. We depend on our donors and our volunteers to keep B&B open to any Boxer in need. We appreciate your compassion by including a rescue Boxer into your life. 💛Meet Chili’s 💛
When Chili’s was found wandering as a stray, she wasn’t alone—eight tiny puppies clung to her for warmth and safety. She had nothing… no home, no food, no one to keep her safe. But she never gave up on them.
Now, thanks to loving foster care, her puppies are thriving—and while a few are still waiting for homes, it’s time to focus on finding a family for Chili’s too.

At just about 1.4 years old, Chili’s is gentle, loving, and oh-so-deserving of a forever home. Still a little shy, she needs a patient adopter who will help her continue to build her confidence. She truly blossoms when she’s with another dog, so a canine companion would make her feel right at home.

She’s spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations—ready to start her new chapter.

She’s already given her heart to her puppies—now she’s ready to give it to you. 🐾

Meet the Bucket Litter 🪣💔

We call them the Bucket Litter because that’s exactly how they were found—abandoned in a bucket, left to fend for themselves. We’ll never understand how someone could be so cruel, but we do know this: their story doesn’t end there.
Now safe in our care, these 11-week-old Spaniel/Terrier mix pups are thriving. They’re smart, loving, and playful—already showing us just how much joy and trust they still have to give.

They’ve traded that cold bucket for warm beds, full bellies, and gentle hands. Now they just need one more thing… a forever family. ❤️

For 116 days, Ms. Panera has been overlooked.

Momma Chili’s and five of her sweet pups are still waiting for their forever families!

At just 15 months old, Chili’s is everything you could want in a young dog—gentle, affectionate, and easygoing. She’s fully potty trained, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations—ready to move in and snuggle up.

Her pups (now 15 weeks old) take after their mama with the same calm, loving energy. While they still have puppy curiosity and playfulness, they’re more laid-back than your typical pups. They’ve also been spayed/neutered and are fully up to date on all vaccinations, so they’re all set to join your home.

It's hard not to fall in love with Domino's. This sweet and kind pup is full of playful energy and curiosity. He loves romping around with other dogs and has been cat-tested, too.
