Per New York State Law, the following are required to reclaim your dog:
✔️ Redemption Fee
✔️ Valid Rabies Certificate
✔️ Current Dog License
📍 IMPORTANT: NEW REDEMPTION PROCESS
Beginning Tuesday, September 22, all redemption paperwork and redemption-related payments for stray dogs being held at Front Street must be completed at our Conklin Ave location FIRST.
📍 Conklin Ave Location
Please go to Conklin Ave first to complete the required redemption paperwork, payment, licensing information, and other necessary documentation.
Once the redemption process is completed, you will be directed to Front Street to pick up your dog. Front Street staff will be notified that you are on your way.

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
