This week we’re spotlighting Patrick! ❤️

For nearly 5 years, Patrick has been a valued member of the Bright Cross team. Whether he’s helping doctors, assisting patients, or keeping things running behind the scenes, he’s always ready to lend a hand! And if he’s not busy, there’s a good chance you’ll find him looking for a snack. 😆🍿

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their son, Maverick. He’s also a proud pet parent to 1 dog, 3 cats, 2 rabbits, and a tortoise, loves playing video games, and never passes up a trip to Costco. 🎮🐶🐱🐰🐢🛒

We’re grateful to have Patrick on our team and appreciate everything he does for our patients, clients, and coworkers! 💙🐾

🐾 Meet the Team Monday! 🐾

This week we’re spotlighting Jessie! ❤️

Jessie has been an important part of our reception team for almost 8 years, helping create a welcoming experience for both our clients and patients each day. Her friendly personality and willingness to help make her a valued member of the Bright Cross family. 🐶🐱

In addition to her reception duties, Jessie is our go-to team member for coordinating international pet travel, helping families navigate the paperwork and requirements needed to safely travel with their pets around the world. ✈️🐾 She’s also known around the clinic as our unofficial weatherman, always keeping the team updated on approaching storms, cold fronts, and sunshine forecasts! ☀️🌦️🌪️

Outside of work, Jessie enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Kobe, and her three cats. She’s a fan of diamond art, audiobooks, podcasts, documentaries, concerts, Dungeons & Dragons, and Renaissance fairs—always finding new ways to explore her creative and adventurous side. 💎📚🎧🎵🐱⚔️

This week we’re spotlighting Ashleigh! ❤️

As one of the newest members of our reception team, Ashleigh has quickly become a valued part of the Bright Cross family. Known for her kind heart and friendly personality, she brings warmth and compassion to every interaction with our clients, patients, and team members.

Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Matthew, painting, rollerblading, and exploring the outdoors through camping adventures. While she loves getting out and staying active, she’s also a proud homebody who enjoys relaxing with her furry and scaly family, including three cats, a turtle, and several fish. 🎨🛼🏕️🐱🐢🐠

We’re so grateful to have Ashleigh on our team and look forward to all the wonderful things she’ll continue to bring to Bright Cross! 🐾💙
