Our sweet foster dog TRUFFLE has escaped from her foster home's fenced-in yard after digging underneath the fence! 💔🐾

She was last seen in the area circled below off Calumet north of Burlington Beach road. We are urgently asking everyone in the North Valpo area to PLEASE keep an eye out for her!

🚨 If you see Truffle or have ANY information about her whereabouts, please contact Lakeshore PAWS IMMEDIATELY!

Meet Petey! At just 1 year old, Petey is a playful, incredibly sweet Pit mix who is happiest when he’s getting attention from his people. This lovable guy is very people-oriented and would gladly spend his day soaking up affection, playing, and hanging out right by your side. Petey is still working on his manners and can be very enthusiastic when meeting new people! His excitement can sometimes lead to some extra-bouncy greetings, so he’d do best with sturdy children who won’t be easily knocked over by his enthusiasm. The good news? Petey takes treats very gently and he absolutely loves them! With his love of treats and his eagerness to please, we think training will be a fun way to help him learn his best-dog manners. Petey has done well with other dogs and could potentially love having a fursibling provided it is a good match. Petey is a young guy with a BIG heart, a playful spirit, and plenty of love to give. Meet Bonzo! Bonzo is a 7-year-old Labrador Retriever with a sweet personality, a goofy side, and plenty of love to give! This friendly boy enjoys being around people and would love nothing more than to follow you around like your very own furry shadow. He's a happy, lovable guy who is sure to bring plenty of smiles to his future family. Bonzo is a big fan of treats, and we mean a BIG fan! He's very food motivated and can get a little overexcited when snacks are involved, so he'll appreciate someone who can help him practice his treat-taking manners. He's also carrying a few extra pounds, so we're helping him get back to a healthy weight with a special diet. We're still getting to know Bonzo and haven't had the chance to see how he does with other dogs just yet. We haven't had the chance to introduce Togo to other dogs yet, so we're still learning how he might do with canine friends.
