Rory worked hard throughout training and made fantastic progress along the way. From learning the basics to developing better manners and communication skills, this pup put in the effort and it certainly paid off!

This labrador retriever is ready to put his thinking cap on! 🎓 His family has already helped him learn the basics, and we're here to help him lock in! 💪

Flash has been struggling with some reactivity towards other dogs, but we are here to help him gain more confidence and be more neutral around other pups! He will also have stronger and clearer communication with the help of the e-collar!

Join us in celebrating Nimmi on graduating from our Board & Train Class of 2026! 💙

This fun-loving husky came to us with tons of energy, plenty of opinions, and all the classic puppy antics. Throughout her training, she learned how to slow down, focus, and channel that energy into positive behaviors.

Nimmi worked hard on her basics, developed a reliable recall, improved her leash manners, and built confidence along the way. Most importantly, she learned that listening can be just as fun as causing mischief! 😆🐶

Our team is so proud of how far she has come, and we know her family is going to love all the new skills she’s bringing home. Nimmi is ready for all the adventures that lie ahead!

☀️ Happy June, Lucky Dog Family! 💚

June is National Pet Preparedness Month. Does your family have a plan in case of an emergency? Are your pets included in those plans? 🤔

An easy way to help you and your pets be prepared is by making a ‘go kit’.

Your kit could include: first aid, a leash, reflective harness, food/water bowls, your pet’s food, bottled water, copy of medical records, and something that brings your pet comfort like toys or a blanket.🧸 🐾

More things to keep in mind: make sure your pets have proper identification in case you are separated and be aware of any hotels that are pet friendly 🐶🐱

We HATE them! Fleas and ticks are already on the rise this spring 😩

What can you do to protect yourself and your dog from these pests?

For pet parents, use EPA-approved repellents that contain active ingredients like 20% deet, picaridin, or oil of lemon eucalyptus. If you don't have repellent, make sure to wear light colored clothing (so ticks are more visible) to cover up with. 👕👖

⛑️ For our pups, we can first talk to our vets about tick medication options to protect them from ticks that could lead to lyme disease. There are also pet safe sprays for our dogs, we recommend Wondercide Natural Flea, Tick & Mosquito Sprays.

Stay safe and protected this spring and summer! ☀️
