Acme Canine Center, is the group class that teaches obedience, communication, relationship development and problem solving for companion dogs. Rally Obedience Class teaches the newest form of AKC obedience competition. Our Agility Program can introduce you to this popular canine sport. Private Lessons, done at your place or ours, are for people with special needs and tight schedules. Doggy Day Camp provides exercise, play and socialization for your dog four days a week. We have two certified evaluators on staff to conduct AKC Canine Good Citizen Testing for your dog. Our Pro Shop carries high-quality dog toys and training equipment at discounts up to 50%. And we are distributors for Canidae Dog Food and Flint River Ranch Pet Food, which you can buy fresh off our shelves or have delivered to your home at no additional cost.

School is out for the kids, now it’s time for the puppies to go to school with their kids 🤣 we have new puppy classes starting AUGUST 19th
Puppy kindergarten (ages 12 weeks to 18 weeks) 1:00. Pm
Puppy prep ( ages 18 weeks to 8 months). 2:15 Pm
Ruff around the edges ( 8 months to a year). 3:30. Pm
These are very fun positive small classes isolating to appropriate age groups, fun training along with lots of play time!!!

Acme obedience/rally students did well this past weekend and had fun hanging out together at the YVKC trial held at Sozo. Everyone earned at least one AKC leg. Michelle Orser and Mako.. 1 leg in Novice B., Kristine Hayes.. Wyatt - l leg in RE, Finch- 1 leg in novice obed., Moxie-1 leg in NB., Holly Sutton- with Trixie.. 2 legs in RA, Ruthann Sutton- Wilma 1 leg in Novice obed, and RA Becky Krueger.. 1 leg RI., Raney Comment-Brontë-rally novice title and 1 leg in RI and with Mercy 2 RAE legs plus a perfect score of 100 and high in combined RA/RE. Suzanne Merk with Onyx were there to cheer everyone on as Lacy is out with an injury. Good job teams.

Students from Acmes rally/obedience class recently attended CBDTC obedience/rally trial. Holly Sutton and Cadence earned a CD and RA title, Michelle Orser and Mako earned a BN, Suzanne Merk with Onyx earned a RA, and Lacy a CD. Kristine Hayes with Wyatt earned a CD earlier in the month at Snohomish. Ruthann Sutton with Wilma, Becky Krueger with Copper, Jill Perry with Poppy, and Raney Commet either earned legs toward their titles and some just had fun. A fine representation of what they have accomplished.

Our next STAR puppy class is starting January 31st Tuesday’s at 6:00 pm
This class teaches puppy obedience training and socialization skill it also includes a puppy cgc test which you can send off to the akc for a patch and title!!! Super fun positive class any breed mixed or not can attend

The girls ( and boy 😜) did amazing at the Columbia Basin agility club in October what an amazing pack of dogs 😍💖💙won lots of high in trials titles and tons of blues reds and yellows

Several Acme students participated at CBDTC obedience and rally 3 day trial this past weekend in Richland . Suzanne Merk with her cane corsos - Lacey and Onyx earned their RE and RI titles . Becky Krueger and Copper earned two legs in RN. Team rally got 3rd with Kate Gosser , Kim Gosser , Suzanne Merk and Jill Perry.

Here is how the new puppy classes are broken down:
Puppy kindergarten is for puppies 12-18 weeks, at least 2 vacations required
Puppy prep is for puppies 18 weeks to 8 months, all vaccinations required
Ruff around the edges 8 mo. and older, all vacations required
