Great news! The Yakima Humane Society Spay & Neuter Clinic is extending our $99 Spay & Neuter Special into June! Just $99 for cats and dogs of any size, male or female, and that includes vaccines and a microchip! June appointments are going fast but next week is still open. Grab your spot before it's gone!

Good morning, this is a friendly reminder that we are hosting a vaccine event today at 12:00 PM at our location: 106 S 6th Ave. This will be a drive-through event, and all vaccines will be administered while you remain in your vehicle.
Available services and pricing are as follows: DAPP (parvo) and Bordetella vaccines are $15 each, the rabies vaccine is $20, and microchipping is available for $25.

We are a busy, high-volume clinic dedicated to helping animals and supporting our community through affordable veterinary care and spay/neuter services. We’re looking for someone who works well in a team environment, is reliable, and has a passion for animal welfare and patient care.

✨ Position Details:
• Full-time position
• Monday–Thursday schedule
• Occasional weekends if needed
• Starting pay at $30+/hour DOE
• Dental and vision benefits available after 90 days of employment

✨ Requirements:
• Current Veterinary Technician License (LVT) required
• Experience with anesthesia monitoring, patient care, and surgery preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

🐾 THIS SATURDAY!!!!!!🐾

We’re thrilled for our upcoming Vaccine Event for your furry family members! 🐶🐱

🚗 For Dogs:
This will be a drive-thru event in our parking lot.

Follow the posted signs directing where to pull in.

There will be two vaccine stations providing vaccines right from your car.

Payment options: Cash or Card (Debit/Credit).

Please enter and exit in a single-file line to keep traffic flowing smoothly.

🐈 For Cats:
Cats will park across the street or in the USDA parking lot, but their vaccines will be given inside our building.

After parking, form a line starting from our front doors toward the high school.

Please have cats in secure carriers for safety.

Bring a blanket for extra coziness since the weather is expected to be chilly.

We’ve designed this event to ensure safe and stress-free vaccinations for all pets, with separate setups for dogs and cats. 💙
