Hey guys did you hear the news? The folks over at the Ranger x Dottie litter say that we are staying an extra week because of the Grand…I don’t know what the Grand is but I also was told that both our dad “Ranger” and the dad of Dottie’s litter are “ running in the Grand” . Some human gotta explain to us what this thing is that they call the “Grand” sure seems like a lot of activity around here. They also said there is going to be a “Grand “ training group here today…must be something BIG.

Sir Rubin Chronicles;Well I ended up at the vet Monday because I wouldn’t stop licking my nuggets Sunday night. Something bit my nuggets while I was outside on Sunday. Anyway by Monday they were very red and sore so mom took me to the vet. I love the vet there are so many good smells at the vet. Anyway, I gave myself a yeast infection and now mom says I have spicy balls. Mom has to put cream on my nuggets now. I don’t think she’s too happy about it. She also asked me for my credit card when we were at the vet. Hey Uncle Tom, do dogs have credit cards?

It is said that some things take a village to pull off...in the case of this Stark x Cutter pup it did take a family to pull off. Madden's parents, Richard and Jenny Rodgers wanted to surprise their daughter for earning her master's degree at her college graduation. Since graduation and puppy Go Home day were the same day Madden could not be here for her surprise puppy. They were 5th pick out of six females. So, her parents came during the week and picked 2 pups hoping that one would still be available when their time came to do their official pick by Facetime. After 4th pick was made I called Madden's father to inform him that one of their picks was still available. A short time later via a Facetime call the announcement was made. But they still didn't have possession of their pup since Madden couldn't travel until the following weekend.
So as her parents were returning home the next day, they decided late in the day to swing by and pick up Madden's puppy. Since Madden's little brother (not so little at 6'7") was also along for the weekend he took over the responsibility for the care of the pup. It looks like Scottie (the puppy) is in good hands until Madden can get home. Thank you Rodger Family.

Well like in many of our litters the families cannot get here to get their puppy . The last pick female was picked up by a pet transport company for delivery to its new family in Georgia. A young girl named Alivia has been waiting for her “own” dog. She has been handling her family’s other Labradors in hunt test but now will have her own dog to train and compete. Thank you and good luck Alivia.
