Our grooming business is now located on private personal property.
β€’ No walk-ins (even nail trims must be scheduled)
β€’ Do not arrive unannounced or stop by to ask questions. For any questions please call 731-885-5294
β€’ No waiting on the property during grooming
β€’ Pick-up only after you receive a call or text confirming your dog is finished

Failure to follow these policies will result in removal from our client list.

🐾 Exciting News & Important Updates 🐾

Big changes are happening at Fabu-Lyss Grooming! We’re so excited to share that our groom shop is moving from downtown to a brand-new home-based location. This is something we’ve been dreaming about for a while, and we’re thrilled to finally make it happen! Please know this move is not because of slowing business. In fact, thanks to your incredible support, we are busier than ever and ready to grow in a way that better serves both pets and people as this will be built STRICTLY for grooming. 😍

With this move, we’ll also be rolling out a few important updates:

✨ New Policies – To keep things running smoothly and stress-free for all pets, we’ll be enforcing stricter policies:

No walk-ins – ALL visits (including nail trims) must be booked in advance.

No waiting on-site – our new home space won’t accommodate waiting areas, so we ask that pets are dropped off and picked up promptly once their appointment is completed.

Clients who cannot follow these guidelines may unfortunately be removed from our list, as we want to dedicate our energy to those who respect and value our services.

✨ Schedule Changes – Our grooming hours will be shifting slightly in the new space. We’ll be sharing updated booking information soon so you can plan ahead. Please note that spots may be limited, so early scheduling is recommended.

✨ Understanding Our Transition – We know that a home-based setting isn’t the right fit for everyone, and we completely understand if some families choose not to make this move with us. For those who do, we’re excited to continue caring for your beloved pets in this next chapter. πŸ’•

**Updated Policies**

-Only employees are allowed in the back of the shop where the dogs are kenneled and bathed. There is a sign posted.

-Do not touch/pet any dog that is in a kennel or on the grooming table. While most dogs are friendly, we do not know how they will react with strangers.

-All dogs must remain leashed until kennelled for the safety of all pets in the shop.

-Flea preventative is highly recommended. Flea infested dogs will be sent home until they are treated.

-If your dog shows aggressive behavior and/or bites an employee, that dog will be sent home and will no longer be allowed on our schedule.

-Rabies vaccinations are required BY LAW in the state of Tennessee.

-No shows: The first time is on us. The second time will require a 50% non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your groom. The third time, you will not be allowed to rebook.

-MATTING: We have a ZERO tolerance policy for matting. Mats will be SHAVED out and not brushed out as it is uncomfortable for the dog and can cause brush burn and skin irritation. There will be an upcharge for matting as it is time consuming and dulls our equipment.

Due to the rising cost of products, equipment maintenance, and business operations, there will be a price increase effective February 1st, 2025. We are also updating our policies to ensure the safety of all those present within the shop. These updates will be posted to our page next week, so keep an eye out!
