At Spay Oklahoma, our work to address local pet overpopulation in an affordable way is ongoing. In 2025, we performed close to 4,000 low-cost spay and neuter surgeries on animals brought in by Tulsa residents.

We appreciate the mayor’s efforts to emphasize the importance of spay and neuter and we hope more low-cost services will be provided in our city so we can collectively make an even bigger difference!
