We weren’t going to sell her but then someone asked for video and we determined she really needs her person. This German riding pony/warmblood cross is the most personable horse we’ve ever had and she really wants her own person. Absolutely perfect for the farrier, loads on trailer, and crossties. Suitable to go in any direction: dressage, hunters, and similarly bred Lollybrook horse competing in Preliminary Eventing. Offered to the perfect home for High 4’s.
Meet, Piper - a Warmblood x German Riding Pony. Piper was born on 3/9/24 with a beautiful chestnut coat and four flashy, white stockings. She has the personality of an upper level prospect and turns lots of heads with all her chrome! Piper is expected to mature to 15.2-16.1 hands. She is a registered and branded Westfalen with excellent scores at the inspection.
Piper’s sire is Parcival with Mountain Creek Sport Horses. Parcival’s foal crops have been strongly stamped with a graceful, powerful neck, a large, well-sloped shoulder, a good square hip, and lots of chrome! Successful in international dressage competition, Parcival is also very exciting for the jumper breeder. Parcival’s bloodline includes the legendary Preferent sires Voltaire, Nimmerdor, and Lucky Boy. Voltaire, himself an exceptional international showjumper and had the most offspring of any stallion at the 1996 Olympic Games. Voltaire was the U.S. “Hunter Sire of the Year” for 2001, 2002, and 2003, and is one of the top KWPN Jumping Sires with an index of 151 points.
Piper’s dam is Carma, a 2015 German Riding Pony. Carma has produced multiple premium foals as well the 2022 Reserve Champion c**t for North America. Carma’s sire is Makuba, a German Riding Pony who shares his temperament and brain with his offspring.
