Schooling day at the GCH kennel cross country course: Sunday, May 25.
Three levels with coaching by Trena Kerr, hunter/jumper/equitation trainer and judge, as well as avid fox hunter with years of coaching riders, many Juniors, new to the hunt field.
1 1/2 - 2 hours per group
Green Beans - First group
BN - Hilltoppers - Second group
First flighters - coaching available as needed.

Non-members: $80 payable to Green Creek Hounds

Champion Field Hunter will be inscribed on the perpetual trophy; Carolina Performance Field Hunter class will count! Highest points from the day wins! Prizes, purse, and much more to come. Foothills Field Hunter Trials competitors and enthusiasts: for several months we have been searching for a date that suited everyone for our fall event, but now the latest update: our best supporter who always brings the most competitors is out of action with a serious knee injury. Given that she will have several months of rehab, out of respect for our great supporter we have decided to postpone until Fall 2024. Please watch for updates/schedules in June 2024. We hope to see everyone back in Tryon for the Carolina Field Hunter Performance Series.

Field Hunter Trials competitors! Updates: Saturday schooling rounds only in the arena at FENCE. Familiarization of XC courses until 2 pm Saturday.
Saturday afternoon - THE RIG GIG at FENCE - trailer parking contest with dinner/music and catering by The Rural Seed.

Sunday 8:30 AM start on the cross country course at FENCE.
