In a week I will be prepping for my next sourdough bread workshop. It's so fun to gather people interested in learning a new skill and at the same time eager to meet others who share similar interests. Everyone will walk away understanding more about gut health and empowered to make something that is yummy and helpful for meeting one or several health goals. It's a win win situation!!! And you get to taste the fruit of your labor!

Starting to harvest ( my bowl of blackberries was full... someone snacked on them...)
This is a big deal for me because I have to work hard at growing anything. It doesn't come naturally . I am definitely better at herbs and some flowers than vegetables or fruit but I am determined to get better!!! Just an encouragement for anyone out there who doesn't feel qualified... but gets great joy like me at growing food and beautiful flowers.
