Res-Q-Pets is a non-profit animal rescue organization located in Mercer County, New Jersey. Our group is comprised entirely of volunteers who give their time and their own money to rescue and care for animals in need. We primarily rescue cats and small breed dogs but have also aided other homeless small animals at times.

Just a quick reminder…please realize that prior vetting for your present or past pets are very important to our process in choosing the right adopters . We actually do check everything we ask for information wise.

NO SHIPPING, NO TRANSPORT You must live within an hour or 60 miles of Hamilton, New Jersey to be considered to adopt.
Meet Vincenzo, Vinci and Vito! These 3 darling boys are 12 week old doll faced male Himalayan kittens rescued from a bad situation.
They are ISO of their forever homes and families.
They are UTD on shots/wormings, have been vet checked , and will be neutered before placement.
We would prefer those with prior Persian experience as well as another social young cat in the home for companionship. There is no exception to that rule, so please if you do not have another kitten/social cat in the home, please do not apply.
All have a wonderful laid back personality, and would be fine with other cats, small, respectful dogs, and children 5 and up.
Application/vet and personal reference check. Adoption fee (higher for purebreds)

Meet our latest litter of darling barn kittens!!
3 females, 2 males, and 9 weeks old.
They have been raised with children and other animals..
All have a wonderful temperament, sweet, playful and affectionate.. Vetted, UTD on shots/wormings.
To be considered to adopt, you must be local and LIVE within 50 miles of Hamilton, NJ. You must have another social kitten or cat in your home or consider adopting 2. You must, if there are existing pets in your home, have a solid relationship with a vet.
3. If you rent, please check with your Landlord or Property Manager regarding pet policy and/or pet deposits before applying to adopt.

Remember Raisin? Here she is just a two weeks after all her surgeries. Her uterus had fallen into a hernia that had never been repaired, not counting the spay, shots, dentals, growth removals and microchip that was inserted into her. She has recovered spectacularly, and will have her stitches removed this week. Dr Patel and his staff at Woodbourne veterinary hospital are miracle workers. Thank you!
