The Trenton Animal Shelter (TAS) is the City’s official municipal animal care and impound facility, operated under City Code §21-45 and New Jersey State Law (N.J.S.A. 4:19; N.J.A.C. 8:23A).

🚨 INJURED DOG FOUND – RECEIVING EMERGENCY CARE 🚨

Oreo was found after being hit by a car near 41 Jersey St and is currently receiving emergency care.

• Male | Terrier
• Status: Injured Stray
• Microchip found
• Transported to VETS for evaluation and treatment

Our priority is ensuring Oreo receives the medical attention he needs. We are currently working to identify and contact the owner using the microchip information associated with his microchip.

If Oreo is not reclaimed within the required 7-day stray hold period, he may become available for adoption or rescue once medically cleared.
