Welcome to the Candor family, Fiona! 🤎

Fiona is the first Barock Pinto I’ve had the blessing of raising and eventually starting under saddle, and I’m so excited to be part of her journey! She has settled in beautifully with another weanling and Violet.

I’m absolutely loving having all these babies in my program. There’s something so special about watching them grow, learn, and discover the world. They’re each so full of love and curiosity. I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of their beginnings. 🐴✨

It’s been a wonderful first day at Tryon Equestrian Center! This is both Karis and Biko’s first recognized dressage show! Karis did a super job riding this 4 year old through the anxieties of a horse show environment. Biko listened to her and presented himself very well.
I am excited to guide them through this experience and help them complete the weekend more educated and more confident.

Making progress with Manny! He is a sweet, 4-year-old, 18.2-hand Drum Horse! 💙

He is such a cool horse and a wonderful reminder that every horse can benefit from Dressage. Dressage should be a sport that horses and riders of all styles and backgrounds can enjoy.

It’s about building a better partnership, developing balance and communication, and helping each horse and rider become the best version of themselves.

Enjoy the journey, one stride at a time.

Dalmore BWS (Roo) after his ground work session this beautiful evening. I feel extremely blessed to be able to work with such a kind and well put together two year-old. I am looking forward to starting this one under saddle next year. He was bred by Kate Dressel at Blackwatch Stables in Danielsville, GA. She breeds athletic horses with lovely minds.

I don’t know what warms my heart more, hearing Violet call to me every evening or listening to my son’s excitement every time he sees her. 💜 I know that I am eternally grateful for both. I am soaking up every minute with my red head and trying to build a strong relationship from the ground up.
