We know life happens. Cars break down, work runs late, kids get sick, and sometimes things simply slip your mind. We completely understand! ❤️

If you need to cancel or reschedule your dog’s grooming appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Here’s why it matters:

✂️ Groomers are different from many other businesses—we only get paid when a dog is on our table. If a client doesn’t show up, that appointment time sits empty and becomes income we can’t replace.

🐶 We often have a waiting list of pups who would love that grooming spot. A quick phone call or message gives us the opportunity to help another furry friend get cleaned up and looking their best.

⏰ Even a few hours’ notice can make a huge difference!

We’re not upset when plans change—we just appreciate communication. It helps us keep our schedules running smoothly, care for more dogs, and continue providing the best service possible to our amazing clients.

One of the biggest mistakes pet owners make is treating the dog… but not the house or yard. 😳

Here’s the nasty truth:
Adult fleas only spend part of their life on your pet. The rest? They’re hiding in your carpet, couch, bedding, cracks in the floor, and even your yard waiting to jump right back on. 😬

That means if you only treat your dog, your home can turn into a never-ending flea buffet. 🍽️🪳

To REALLY break the flea cycle, you need to:
