Not your typical post from us, but as I sit here in a coffee shop getting some work done, I found myself scheduling a one-time scoop for a yard we first serviced when we were just starting out… and it really hit me.

I am so proud to call myself a small business owner in a small community.

That yard was actually part of a free scoop we offered a couple of years ago, back when we were just trying to build reviews because we couldn’t afford yard signs or Facebook ads yet. Back when all we had were a couple of buckets, a rake, and a dream.

And now? That same customer has been incredibly loyal. She’s supported us, referred people to us, engaged with our posts, and we still remember her, her yard, and even the type of dog she has.

That’s the beauty of being a small business.

We remember the people we serve. Every yard. Every customer. Every interaction.

We may not be exactly where we want to be yet, but we are so incredibly thankful for how far we’ve come and for the support we’ve received along the way.
