I’ve always believed in doing what’s best for every animal — including our sweet Minnie Mouser. Lately, she’s been going on longer and more adventurous outings, sometimes disappearing for days or even weeks. Each time, I’d start the search for her, hoping she was safe.

Today, I got a message from a kind couple nearby who had found her and had been caring for her. When I went to pick her up, it was clear how much they adored her — just like we do — and that they’d been letting her come and go freely.

Minnie has never been an indoor cat. She thrives outdoors and loves to hunt and roam. Seeing how happy and loved she is with them made me realize something important: Minnie doesn’t want to belong to just one home. She wants to be a community cat — soaking up attention, sharing love with everyone she meets, and living life on her own terms.

Because of this, we’ve decided to share Minnie with this wonderful couple. We’ll stay in touch about her whereabouts and make sure she stays up to date on her flea and tick prevention. She’s one lucky cat to be so loved by so many!

This warm weather has been wonderful for Spring cleanup! Still have a lot to do, but today was about pressure washing the water troughs and building the goats a new shelf for hanging out on. Seeing a freshly pressure washed trough after a winter of hand scrubbing is so satisfying. The barn has been swept in preparation for more winter move out and spring move in of the supplies. Pastures were dragged earlier this week along with the arena. Fly bags have been hung and are already doing their job. Up next: Round pen and more manure cleanup

We still have 2 spaces available for pasture board.

Minnie Mouser Sightings: she has been spotted by a neighbor as of yesterday. She is still not home yet. We are so grateful for this community and for all those who are helping to find her. Minnie is spayed, microchipped, and fed and cared for daily. Here's a Minnie video to enjoy.

**UPDATE** MINNIE IS HOME!!!

Minnie has decided to take a grand adventure around Tecumseh. She may be having the time of her life, most likely hunting a grand prize squirrel, but if you see her take her picture and let us know where she is please. I'll add them to her hunting photo album. In all seriousness though she is loved and missed. She is very friendly, but doesnt always love being held. Last seen Monday 4/14 early morning.
