Good morning to my amazing clients. I'm not really having a good morning because im frustrated with clients no call No shows. I'm not like most groomers who give no show charges. In the past I did and stopped because I felt things had gotten better but it hasn't. Starting tomorrow if I continue to get no call No shows you will need to pay full price of groom before I will book you. It'll be none refundable or transferable unless the reason is acceptable.
I'm sorry to start the week like this but its just very disrespectful to not just call to xcl, I do have vcml.
