To all my lovely clients,

I hope this message finds you well. It is with mixed emotions that I am reaching out to all of you today to share some significant news about my professional journey. After much consideration, I have decided to embark on a new chapter in my career path.

As of June 30th 2024, I will be transitioning from my role as a groomer to pursue a new and exciting opportunity as an Agriculture Teacher. This decision was not made lightly, and I am both nervous and thrilled about this new adventure.

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support, loyalty over these past few years and trusting me with your babies. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know you and your beloved pets. I have truly loved each of them as my own and the bonds we've formed have been sincerely special to me.

Working with animals has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, and I will undoubtedly miss the joy and fulfillment that comes with grooming them, but I am ecstatic to be able to apply my degree and educate the next generations of animal lovers. Your pets have brought so much happiness into my life, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of their care.

Thank you once again for your support and understanding during this transition. I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to staying in touch with each of you, please don't hesitate to reach out and keep me updated on how your babies are doing.

Hello friends! I have a Sulcata Tortoise (approximately 25 y/o and 30lbs) and a goat (female but unsure of breed/size until tomorrow) that are in desperate need of homes. If you have any ideas or know anyone who is interested, please let me know. I have contacted some exotic rescues but they are either full or unable to house a tortoise that large. Please contact me directly if you’re interested, I will have more information about both animals tomorrow 😊

Update: Both babies have found homes ❤️ if anything changes I’ll reach out to the people who have contacted us regarding them. Thank you everyone for getting the word out 🥰

Just wanted to update everyone because I have been receiving a lot of questions regarding booking appointments recently.

1. Due to a high volume of appointments, if you are a *current groom client* looking to book an appointment, please contact me directly at (252) 563-3223, instead of booking through Calendly. If you don't reach me by calling, text me your request so I can call/text back ASAP with my first available date.
2. As usual, for pet walking and pet sitting services, please contact me directly as stated above.
3. Other appointments (Baths, blowouts, nail trims and dremels) you are fine to continue booking through the Calendly website.

Please feel free to call/text me with any questions, or message me here! (**If you message my person number/facebook, I will probably not see your request as quickly as if you call/text/message my business number/account**)

We had a great time at our first Reptile Expo! We were so busy these are the only pictures we were able to capture in the chaos, but I did get to meet a new friend (see last picture) and we were able to educate many new Crestie owners!❤️ Thank you to everyone who came out to support, if anyone is interested in adopting a Crested Gecko, I do have some beautiful babies left. Message me for details if you’re looking for a specific morph or if you just want to see all the babies and their details 😊

I absolutely adore these sweet girls! They’re always a pleasure to care for and they just have the sweetest faces! And don’t worry, if you didn’t already know, these girls are all sisters, so they are allowed to be out together.

I don’t normally post before and afters of blowouts but Boo had such a beautiful glow up, I just had to. If anyone has questions about if a blowout is the right grooming care for their baby, please feel free to reach out! I am always happy to discuss or help educate pet parents on what is best for their babies 🥰

Hello everyone! With the new year, there are some updates and changes coming to Anna's Animal Care. I also want to thank all my clients who have supported me and shared my information with more people, without you guys, I would not be growing and expanding the way I am now and I truly value each and every one of you!
Please read the indicated changes very carefully, as these prices and policies will be applied to all services starting 1/8/2024. I will be providing a hard copy of the information below to all my clients that I will see over the next couple months, but for anyone who would like to familiarize themselves with the recent updates before their next appointment, here is the information:

(* - indicates a recent change)

Packages:
-Bath Package: $40, includes bath, ear cleaning, brushing teeth, nail trim and a**l glands expression as needed.
-*Bath and Blowout: $60 for 3 hrs, +$5 each additional hour. Includes bath and blowout, ear cleaning, brushing teeth, nail trim and a**l glands expression as needed.
-*Sanitary Cut: $70 (includes bath, private area and paw trim, ear cleaning, brushing teeth, nail trim and a**l glands expression as needed. *NOT A FULL GROOM*
-*Groom: $75 for the 3 hrs, +$10 each additional hour. Includes bath, full groom/hair cut, ear cleaning, brushing teeth, nail trim and a**l glands expression as needed. *ONLY SCHEDULED THROUGH GROOM SPECIFIC LINK OR IN PERSON*
-Exotic and Farm Animal Services: $ Varies, available upon request only. Please speak with Anna directly if you are looking to book this type of service.

Singular Services:
-*Ear Cleaning: $20 (simple), $30 (extensive/medicated ear flush)
-*Nail Trim: $20 (simple) $30 (difficult)
-*Nail Dremel: $30 (simple) $35 (difficult)
-*Hand Scaling (Dental): $50 (simple, 1-2 stage buildup) $100 (extensive, 3-4 stage buildup)
