We are so happy to announce we have added a new doctor to our team! Meet Dr. Erica Scheier!

Dr. Erica Scheier is a University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School graduate who has been a veterinarian for over 25 years. Although she is originally from NYC, she recently moved to Tallahassee with her husband, Adam who is a football coach at Florida State.

Dr. Scheier enjoys all aspect of small animal medicine but especially developing relationships with her patients and clients. After practicing for 25 years, she knows she chose the perfect career.

She lives at home with her husband, 2 dogs, 4 cats and Kramer the talking cockatoo. In her free time she loves to go visit her 4 children who are spread out across the east coast, as well as attending Seminole football games.

We're saying farewell to our original app and moving forward this week!

Our Ox Bottom app (our current app) will be shutting down THIS Friday! So hurry today to stay connected 👥

The steps are simple! 👣

-Download the app PetDesk from the App store or your Google Play.

Once downloaded, click create account and put in your information. Make sure to use the email that we have on file and it will automatically link your information to the app.

New perk - Online booking! 🗓️✔️

You'll be able to access to book for wellness exams, sick appointments or tech focused appointments.

You will still have all the same features you're used to:

Texting

Medication requests (in hospital pick up)

Access to our online pharmacy

Confirmation of appointments

Access to medical records (Plus more soon)

LOYALTY PROGRAM - UPDATE:

All of your points have been transferred from this current app to PetDesk. No lost points for what you've earned!

Previously called Paw Prints, are now going to be called Ox Paws 🐾

When previously you would spend over $100 and get a point, now you earn Ox Paws with EVERY dollar you spend, $1 = 2 Ox Paws!

Ox Paws will be valid for 16 months for you to earn and use for one of these three things.

Free exam ($85 dollar value)
