Amy Raddar has fostered 1,000+ dogs over the past two decades, helping inspire "Trooper's Law" after caring for a dog abandoned during a hurricane. The law makes leaving pets in disasters a felony.

Paws & Claws will be closed tomorrow and Friday in recognition of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will be open normal business hours on Saturday. We hope you all have a great Thanksgiving!

You know her, you love her, and it's time to celebrate her.

This Wednesday, our office is going to close early, at 1:00 p.m., to give staff time to get to City Hall by 2:45, because promptly at 3:00, Mayor John Dailey and Tallahassee City Commission will be presenting a proclamation and recognizing the leadership, advocacy, hard work, and endless hours of time Amy Raddar has dedicated to promote rescue and animal welfare in our community.
