A little Sunday housekeeping. 🤍

Walkin’ Paws is closed on Sundays for drop-offs and pickups, but our boarding pups are absolutely still here with us receiving their normal care, love, potty breaks, meals, play and supervision.

Closing appointments for one day simply gives our family a little protected time without pups constantly arriving and leaving.

Weekend guests can be picked up Monday from 7–9 AM. 🐾

Thank you for helping us protect the balance that allows us to keep giving your dogs the kind of care we’re proud of.

Before submitting a booking request, please read every graphic attached to this post—even if your pup has stayed with us before. They include important updates about pricing, Intro Days, vaccines, appointments, communication, Sunday pickups, cancellations, and more.

Walkin’ Paws is both our business and our family home. Your pups stay under the same roof as us, so our policies help us keep everything calm, safe, organized, and personal for every dog in our care.

🤍 A little fresh start for Walkin’ Paws.

This business means so much to me, but I’ve also learned that I have to make a few changes for it to continue working for both the pups we love and our family.

We’ll resume normal boarding bookings beginning August 15. Before then, please watch for our new welcome post with updated pricing, schedules, policies, and booking information. Some changes may feel a little different, but they’re necessary for me to keep providing the personal, in-home care that makes Walkin’ Paws special.

A quick reminder: Walkin’ Paws will be completely out of the office from 4:00 PM on July 28 through 9:00 AM on August 10. My business phone will be turned off so I can enjoy some much-needed, uninterrupted family time. Messages, booking requests, and confirmations will be handled beginning August 10.

Current clients, please also keep an eye on your email for the announcement that our books are officially open.

Thank you for growing with us and continuing to trust us with your babies. I truly cannot wait to welcome everyone back. 🐾

A sunny spot to nap.
A few extra treats.
Lots of belly rubs.
A backyard to explore.
And people who love you endlessly.
