This adorable floofy girl is looking for her forever home! 💕

At just 8 weeks old, She-Ra’s story started with heartbreak. She was found abandoned in a cardboard box next to neighborhood mailboxes. Thankfully, she was rescued and given a second chance, and now she’s ready to find a family of her own.

She-Ra is a little timid when meeting new people, but give her a few minutes (and a cozy lap), and she’ll quickly become your new best friend. This sweet, snuggly love bug adores cuddles and will happily soak up all the affection you can give.

⏰ 4 Weeks Until Dr. Tunison Joins Our Team! ⏰

The countdown is on! In just 4 weeks, we’ll be welcoming Dr. Tunison to Sugar Hill Animal Hospital, and we can’t wait for you and your pets to meet him!

🐾 Dr. Tunison has a passion for helping pets get back to doing what they love. With a special interest in surgery, including orthopedic procedures. He enjoys helping patients recover and return to happy, active lives.

🐾 He also loves solving medical mysteries through internal medicine and partnering with pet owners on preventive care to help pets stay healthy through every stage of life.

🐾 Fun fact: While he loves caring for animals of all kinds, Labrador Retrievers hold a special place in his heart! 🦴💛

Last week we celebrated (and mourned) Ashley’s last day with the SHAH family. 💔 It was truly bittersweet.

Ashley’s kindness, compassion, and love for every animal she cared for will be deeply missed by our team and clients alike. While we are so excited for this next chapter in her life, saying goodbye is never easy.

Ashley wanted to leave a message for her amazing clients over the years:

To all of my wonderful clients,

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Being trusted with your pets over the years has meant more to me than I could ever fully put into words.

I have truly loved getting to know each and every dog that came through my table — from the nervous first appointments, to the excited tail wags when they recognized me, to watching so many puppies grow up over the years. Your pets have brought so much joy, laughter, and love into my life, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been a part of their care.

Thank you for trusting me with your babies, for supporting me, and for allowing me to build such meaningful relationships with both you and your pets. This job has never just been about grooming for me — it’s been about the connections, the memories, and the love shared for our animals.

I will miss seeing all of your familiar faces and wagging tails more than you know. Please give your pups an extra hug from me. I wish you all nothing but the best moving forward, and I hope your dogs continue to live happy, healthy, spoiled lives full of love.

‼️ We wanted to make everyone aware that scammers are continuing to comment on our posts about the Sugar Hill Animal Hospital Alumni shirts. Please know our team spends a LOT of time every day blocking and reporting these fake accounts, but it has been hard to keep up with them all. Unfortunately, it’s been brought to our attention that some are now even messaging our clients directly.

We wish we could stop it completely, and we are so sorry for the frustration and confusion this may cause.

To clarify: the ONLY shirt we are selling is the one our receptionist, Kat, is modeling, and these shirts are ONLY available for purchase in clinic. We are not selling them through links in comments or messages.

The best part? Every shirt sold helps support our kitten program so we can continue helping kittens in need. In fact, just this Monday, we were able to help a kitten by removing a painful eye using funds from this program. ❤️

Thank you all for your patience, support, and for helping us report these scam accounts when you see them. We truly appreciate our amazing SHAH family! 💕🐾
